As always, there were several themes for the 2015 Sillybration. Amongst the ones that were recognized included The Sound of Music, Raggedy Ann, neon lights, and sadly, the passing of Sillybration founder and beloved Bellevue Park resident, Frank Haas. It was one of the rainiest Sillybrations in recent memory and the threat of downpours persisted all day long. Of course, the show must go on, and go on it did.
