  • Replacing a deteriorated design feature with one that replicates the original

  • Any new building on your property: garage, garden/storage shed, or similar ancillary building

  • Addition to an existing building: additional living space, deck, porch, carport, or garage

  • Fences: solid board fences of any material are not permitted

  • Installation of solar panels

  • In-ground swimming pools

  • Business signs

  • Alteration to an existing building:

    • new siding or other exterior material

    • new roofing or a different material of color

    • new window sash

    • adding or removing windows or doors
